Is PROVOLT one company or six?

One. PROVOLT LLC is the legal entity, and the six divisions are how the work is organised inside it. The same company holds the licences, employs the crews and carries the insurance, whichever division does the work.

Do I need a separate contract for each trade?

No. Work across several divisions can sit on one contract with one point of contact, because it is one company on both sides of it. You can also engage a single division on its own if that is all you need.

Who is responsible if two divisions are on the same job?

PROVOLT LLC is, in every case. There is no subcontractor boundary between divisions to argue across — the coordination that would normally be your problem is internal to us.

Are the trades self-performed or subcontracted?

Self-performed. The divisions exist so the work is done by PROVOLT crews rather than bought in, which is what makes the schedule and the quality ours to answer for.

Can one division bring in another without starting over?

Yes, and it is the main reason the company is built this way. A technician who finds work outside their trade refers it internally, and the receiving division already has the building, the contacts and the history.
