Who operates this site

This site is operated by PROVOLT LLC, the legal entity behind all six PROVOLT divisions.

Each division publishes its own site. This notice covers provoltusa.com; a division’s site carries its own.

What we collect

What you send us: your name, contact details and anything you write in an enquiry. We ask for what is needed to reply and nothing else.

Ordinary server and analytics records: the pages requested, a truncated network address, and the referring site. These tell us which divisions people are looking for.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share an enquiry outside PROVOLT LLC except where a division needs it to respond to you.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for as long afterwards as a warranty or a record-keeping obligation requires. Analytics records are aggregated.

Write to us and we will tell you what we hold and remove what we are not required to keep.
